After having my attention caught by none other than, you guessed it, rich dad poor dad, I made my way through Phil  Pustejovskys YouTube video series, Matt Theriault's EPIC real estate investing podcast, and finally stumbled upon BIGGER POCKETS!

He got fined about 9 months later for the two smaller trailers, apparently in the "fine print" was the wording about one dwelling per lot.

I'm looking forward to working with each of you on BP since it has provided so much in return already = podcasts, blog posts, materials, videos, forums, etc.Currently located in Dallas and although it's pretty obvious the inventory has dried up and seems like everyone is an investor, I'm motivated in connecting with the right people and resources to facilitate success.

Not only does BP have great online forums and gives you the ability to network with other investors, there is also free online courses and videos for you to watch and learn from.

It's also a great place to learn about real estate investment where you can access online courses and videos for free.

For me I just started learning as much as I could by watching educational videos and reading books on getting started in real estate investing.
