Anyone else out there that I have helped since about 2016 here on BP have something that I could also do to help promote this sale too and help the broker?

I obviously was not having these perspectives as well as I wasbgoing by some favorable press which came out some months ago about government there promoting the hotel apartment concept amidst other freehold areas.

If I were getting volume from the team I dont think I would care about promoting my own business, but at this point I am wondering if it would be more beneficial to me to really just throw myself out there solo and use 50% of my commissions to market / promote my business. 

This is fairly common in orange county and LA to promote lower to moderate income families to afford a home.If anyone is familiar with this program, my question is: can someone transfer their residential properties to LLCs.

The population has been growing here year over year over the last decade, it is home to The Ohio State University which has over 50,000 students that live here along with those that visit, and it also holds a diverse range of young professionals and traveling nurses to fill the demand of the multiple business corporations and hospitals stationed here.

If you start there and work to understand local laws and who the parties are pushing for changes either way to promote or restrict STR in the area.  

Steve, NSDREI is a great north county group with monthly meetings and they promote several other meetings on their site.

@Josh Arnold red deer has great population, economic diversity.

As such, I have noticed a slight increase of when they play their promotions or sponsor clips, that a website called Fundrise has been promoting pretty often.
