But that should be done either after she educates herself on the topics above or has someone knowledgeable in each of the niches to guide her along.

In the mean time I will be continuing my education through books and will be looking for information on the area and market.

Between rent control, a RTA and LTB that are highly pro tennat, well educated tenants that "know their rights" and welfare fraud running rampant it is not worth the effort for investors from away.
