You've copy/pasted this same response over and over in different threads and while almost all of the information you posted is true, the cheap shot against real estate agents is a damned lie.I get that you're trying to self-promote here (a violation of BP rules), but to keep lying about others isn't the way to do it.Real estate agents in Mass are under a legal obligation to get the Property Transfer Notification for (lead paint disclosure) fully executed before an offer is submitted on a property. 

I inherited a laundry lease that I hate, have been trying to terminate for over a year, have a sales rep who has flat out lied to me, and just found out was extended by another 3.5 years (because the previous owners DC'ed the equipment, and now I'm being penalized for it)! 

I have a sales agent license, but my interest really lies in working with investors or under someone who can show me how to get started myself.

I hate dealing with Daddy who starts screaming over the phone and cussing us out because the daughter lied to him about some non-sense.

The key lies in finding a true professional that goes above and beyond.Some of your complaints require explanation and some are simply based on your misunderstanding of what a property manager does.

And the tenant lied to you?

Whatever you do, don't lie and claim to be an owner occupant when you're not.
