Additionally if anyone has advice about where/how an investor can go about seeking a brokerage to hang their license that would be super helpful.

I didn't mean to talk bad about my tax man he's a super nice guy and does research whenever I ask a question.

The city is super saturated with investors and contractors flipping houses, so it takes a lot of capital.

I'm a new BiggerPockets member and I was SUPER excited to try the calculators!

I don't know your area *super* well but my impression is that there aren't major tourist destinations that will attract a huge stream of visitors.

Would super appreciate your opinions and any advice. 

I also have a new super capacity washer and dryer to help minimize loads of laundry.Most days the cleaner cleans house on same day as people check out so I'm ready for those last minute reservations when I still have a few open days.

Are those areas super bad with high crime?
