You can:Go to your neighborhood schoolGet an exception to go to another school outside of your area (this happens all the time by the way)Go to a charter schoolGo to a Montessori schoolGo to a private schoolGo to an academy Do online schoolDo home schoolDo a mix of online and home schoolDo a co-op schoolAnd I’m sure there are others I’m not familiar with.

One thing most People don’t realize is FHA allows you to do the same 3.5% down program with a mix use property as long as the commercial part of the building makes up less than 50% of the square footage. 

I’m kind of seeing a mixed message from different folks hence me bringing up this question in the first place.I think I’m just going to call up some local lenders around my way and see if they do 10% down FHA for a quad.

@Kristel Knittel, as more people discover that you can work, read, plan AND drink coffee or beer on the boat, it'll REALLY take off around here. ;-) Can't say that for sitting in bumper-to-bumper traffic! 

@Jaz Reed DONT GIVE UP, That’s all I can say I’ve been turned down almost teen times now for a commercial loan on this mixed-used laundromat that could be zoned for a day care as well.

If you're doing it in person, take them out for a drink or lunch.

Also mixing business with friends is not always a good idea...although I have used him for a few deals so far without issues.

I have dealt with several property management companies, I personally have had very mixed results. 

Her daily care is taken care of, she currently has a multiunit rental & I felt adding other REO to her portfolio made sense with a mix of leveraged vs. cash purchases.
