This may help.... http://www.courts.ca.gov/1288.htm Some of the veterans may be able to provide better answers from personal experience but IMO, the 3 Day or Quit notice taped to the front door and photographed for your file is a good tool to get someone's attention.

see we agree on this, its the womans choice but if a lady was carrying my child i would hope that i choose right in the fact that i don't want any of my children to not be born or donated to science but some people don't mind that as i don't mind people who serve in the marines, that's not my line of work although i did serve 4 years in the navy and i'm a proud veteran now.

You'll get through this :)When I send notices to problem tenants in writing, I send a certified letter, a regular letter, and I have my contractor post one on her door and photograph it with the time/date stamp and property number visible.
