This is the only house in the street with so many people living in it. 

That's one of the reasons I personally own so many properties there on the same streets as my investors.  

This way its not just a one way street.

Unless you're involved in drugs or fighting with family.

You may have to press charges to the fullest extent if it becomes an issue (The trespassing, drugs, intoxication, exposing ones self, breaking and entering, assault etc)Good Luck!

I have been extremely blessed with the crazy appreciation over the last few years from covid, the town cleaning up my street, and a lot of local development. 

For instance, I've bought properties in A class neighborhoods where EVERYONE wanted to live, but they were on relatively busy streets, which turned off retail buyers.

Create columns for Name, Street Address, City, State, Zip and then contact info: Last Contact, Relationship, Status, Email & Phone.IMPORTANT: do NOT ask people for THEIR business, ask for referrals!
