Sadly, it is also typical for HOA's to simply tell you that YOU need to work it out directly with the other Owner unless a common element is involved.

Investing in RE has nothing to do with the physical structure of the property....it's a by-product of the human element...and humans are unpredictable.

With commercial, it's a little bit different because the numbers are the numbers, and most clients are all over the place emotionally.This emotional element is something to consider as well, know thyself.
