What are some ways for me to develop a cash buyer's list? 

Being Im new to this whole real estate development scene, I could really use some recommendations on structuring this potential partnership.As always, thanks everyone for the advice!

I own the commercial building at Main and Railroad.. nice little town.. we build some houses there as well that did well.good luck with it.

It's so nice to see so many successful individuals here that are willing to help each other out.

The hardest part that I'm facing is getting into the market in Lubbock as most developments have selected builders and most lots have been acquired by other builders.

By the way, all that I know about the park at the moment is that he thinks he wants about $1M for it, there are around 50 mobile homes, it looks like there could be room for 20 more units, it is a nice community, and lot rent is currently about $200/mo.
