If you really want to buy some of these types of courses you can sometimes find people selling them on Craigslist and Ebay who paid retail for pennies on the dollar.

There isn't much analysis about it between these sources, the box store is the only reliable source along with other retail outlets, lumber yards, etc.You don't devalue a nice property putting junk in it, what you use needs to be appropriate to value. :)

here's why:  in a seller's market with, for instance, under 3 months' supply/inventory your normal seller is going to see properties being sold for full retail prices within very short periods of time.
