I often go back and forth between keeping 70s era 4 plexes and such with long term fixed debt until paid off vs trading up to larger buildings or newer stock, as I'm younger in my journey.

It's very expensive and it's not for everyone, but I was able to make a profit still and had someone helping to kind of guide the process a bit. 

The gun shop has been extremely profitable within its first year and we are dumping all of its revenue into ineventory and paying off the building.My main goal out of all of this is to spend more time with my family.
