Keep that in mind.The best place to find a real estate professional, IMO, is always going to be by interpersonal interaction.

It is a 3/2 block or brick house, and I put in all the elements I need to know to know: price, rent, insurance, taxes, property management.  

That interaction and relationship to the owner and property would be viewed differently I believe. 

The tenant can articulate with good reason before the court you unlawfully withheld the tenant's security deposit monies and prove the elements necessary for conversion/theft.

The critical element is your intent to acquire and hold properties for rental, investment or business use as opposed to acquiring properties to rehab and then sell.
