In your Direct Mail postcards, do you vote for a branded postcard, with your branded website following the specific design language of your brand, or do you vote for the handwritten non-branded personal postcard coming from the concerned rich neighbor down the street?

There were 31 brokerages listed and I emailed out a detailed message comprising of 5 top questions I needed from them as a brand new agent.

When you say "seed money", it sounds like maybe this is a brand new venture.

If you use e-recording, they are getting scanned in after a few weeks, but I don't think they are getting mailed.

Also keep in mind that I will be installing a brand new kitchen, not sure what people prefer on this forum as to installing kitchen cabinets on subfloors or new flooring.
