Except for the Bigger Pocket's community...So I too desire to locate investors but I was told by a mentor that you have to play a game called hide and seek...or is that you seek and they will hide if you do not even have a property under contract.

But, ultimately the job will get done, get done well and I'll make a profit.The least desirable option is the retail-level GC who will charge $100-200 per door, give me a stress-free project, but where I won't make any money in the end!
