@Damion Anderson, there are plenty of "action" steps you can/should take BEFORE jumping in head first.

After seeing it done, then go ahead and do it on the rest of your houses.You can recommend to someone who is on their first flip to just jump head first into the deep end and try and do it on their own when it's their money.

Its kind of a tough market to wrap my head around being non-local.
