The only exotic part is a stainless or bronze circulator.An alternative, which I had done but have since replaced as it was noisy and had lots of standby loss, is a small boiler that also heats the domestic hot water using a indirect WH as a zone.

i want to say it's "tiger foam", but not sure if i remember the name correctly or that's one that stuck in my mind because of the websites i visited...the problems with those is that it's two "propane tank like" containers and only spray about 600 sq. ft max. and it costs roughly about $1/sq. ft. i do not know if they still carry it, will have to check the next time i am there..cheaper than the alternative though, which is over $4/sq ft with contractors.

ARV 135-150 its a unique house for the area buy you can look across the street at a elem school so it should be no problem to sell.In all driving for dollars is my best technique as of now.

It seems like a waste to pay someone to answer the phone live when only 25% are potentially motivated leads.On my first YL campaign I did what Sean Terry said and made it sound like a personal voicemail, but I have a feeling this caused a lot of people to think they were calling the wrong number so I got a ton of hangups.I have my mail-merge postcard going out this coming Monday and I am going to try the voicemail recording method to weed out the curious callers.I the have the dreaded "Full Time Day Job" so I don't have the option to answer the majority of the calls, so I am kicking around the best alternative method.I will let you know how it goes and please keep us up to date on what seems to work the best for you!
