One of my tenants wanted to add an electrical outlet half way up a wall so he could mount his TV and not have the cords showing.

The ones that advertise on TV, drive fancy shiny wrapped vans and wear logo’ed shirts are catering to a higher end clientele ($$$$) versus the guy that drives the beat up pick-up truck but has done the job for 30 years.  

I truly wish you the best, but having done a half-dozen flips locally, I would be hard pressed recommending a first flip be out of your sight.  

Add a cord cover on the TV so it looks a bit tidier.

The internet and TV commercials with a phone are really bad ways to obtain financing.I can see ways to avoid the origination of loans, where an application might be made on a site but not being available to some organization, being picked out by a lender directly, it might be picked up by several lenders, the key is that the organization's web site skirts direct solicitations and collecting applications.
