I also look for mobile homes and other types of properties.

I'd like to start with wholesaling and eventually work my way into mobile homes, pre-foreclosures, single family home rentals, etc.

Does anyone have pros or cons with MH Septic system that's on private land. Other the. Other then the obvious maintenance, cleaning, and cap X expensive.  Any insight would be helpful. Thank you. 

They seem reasonably priced and have a long history in Mobile so I think that's who we are going to go with.

Here, only 3CR, or 1 of the 3 1CD brigades or III Corps/1CD HQs deploy at a time.Now, if the crap hits the fan and America is completely mobilized for war, that is a different story.

I'd steer clear of them or only attend the free ones and be sure to leave your wallet at home.

Well I think for the most part the 50k to 60k properties are pretty dried up in Bakersfield unless you're buying in a very shady part of town, or a mobile home.
