Make sure you agree now on the logistics if the appraisal comes in low or the appraiser requires repairs to made - not uncommon on VA appraisals. .Make sure you get a home inspection and again, agree how you will handle any issues that surface.There are a host of other things to watch out for but those are the two big ones.

In my experience, short term (airbnb) guests take better care of the units, mainly because they get reviewed by the hosts.

The other hosts do a phenomenal job though too.

This is causing quite a stir among the longer term hosts who rent out extra rooms within their homes and feel their safety is being compromised.Our AirBnB propety is actually on our farm but in a separate building, so we are OK with Instant Booking.
