Crazy.This weekend I'm shooting a video for investors who keep calling/emailing about where they should buy rental houses in Birmingham.

There are multiple exit strategies for master lease options, as well, so I would agree that this is worth some investigation.Here is a link to a short video by William Bronchick, attorney/author where he explains it a bit better than the above.

I've been exploring the obvious like a new SEO website with blog/newsletters, videos giving investors an update on our projects, advertising on Social Media (FB, IG, etc), attending conferences, being interviewed on podcasts and/or starting my own podcasts....Any other suggestions?

If you live close enough I would suggest a hybrid management solution which I use which is using a company like Evolve for booking and advertising at 10% (plus 2.5% payment processing) and then remote manage with help from exterior video cameras, digital door locks and a trustworthy housekeeping service.  

These are roughly 30-60 minutes each and include Q&A (live when first done)-I joined his mastermind group for $9 (I think it was) for the first month, $49/month after, no commitment...very active and lots of information-I've watched a lot of the short videos on his site that cover specific topics that I have questions on.

If they like your project and you have a good track record to show that you can get it done, they will consider listing it.If they list your deal you will need to provide all of the documentation to fill out their listing as well as create a video and do a webinar to promote your listing.Their process may have changed in the last several months as we are still in the middle of executing on our project that we listed with them, but I am sure we will do more on their platform.

A google of your name brings up videos of you and I assume your wife standing in front of a Cadillac, in what appears to be trainings or sales pitches for *************, the no money down guru of gurus.You may be a Christian and do a lot for Charity, but i suspect most people here would rather do business with an honest athiest than with a Christian they dont trust.
