Various reasons:- I do agree that if I have 2 small units rented on short term basis with an employee overseeing the operations, municipalities can shut it down saying I need a note license- short term rentals could be used to fill the places while I am looking for long termOn the specific deal I chose not to go forward because of an inspector finding, but I do want to implement this model on my first apartment building I buy....

People don't want to be "sold" anything ... if you focus on methods on how to best "sell" them on your investment, then most folks will pick that up very quickly and immediately be turned off and shut down.So, you intentionally don't sell them, you present them with an opportunity.

If its constant check for a crack around where the flapper sets,,,that one is completely silent and can run thousands of gallons 24/7.Shut off each stool or whole building for an hour,,,tell tenants not to flush,,,open tank and see which ones are full and which are even slightly lower than normal.no meters dont jump or spin for no reason.
