I literally bought my property to live free and save to buy another one but now it’s becoming more than i anticipated and I see an opportunity to scale but I’d love some advice what these agreement should look like.

I want to scale rapidly though so any time spent building unnecessary skills or systems to manage my investing is a real concern.

Multifamily is hands down the best option if you want to scale and are looking for serious cash flow.

Are you planning to scale? 

It is possible to scale down my initial plans for renovations and make due with repairs and possibly some painting.

We currently run an Airbnb out of our second apartment from our 2-family home and have been super successful, so we want to scale to one more listing.

Economy of scale has quite the ring to it.  

I'm in the process now as far as scaling back monthly payments in a way I don't have to spend my rental income.
