It will protect you from any legal ramifications that may arise, the properties will be held in the name of the trust or trusts, and nothing will be public record, so none of the properties will be considered an asset and no records or prices will be visible to anyone.

Earlier she apparently got into trouble for an advance fee loan scam, although I admit I do not have the first-person source info on this I would prefer, such as the links below.She decided she'd take her husband's last name and became Monica Main in public and they started pitching courses on stocks and futures trading.

Being listed on the MLS serves no purpose in developing exposure/awareness of your property with the buying public in NY, and you should insist on a committment from your real estate agent to market/advertise in mediums that buyers are more apt to see it (buyers don't find homes via the MLS, agents do).
