Glen Washington How to structure a lease option deal

Once I do find a buyer,I then would like to receive the down payment from the new buyer to keep for myself, then exit the deal.So it’s not quite a sandwich deal, unless I plan to stay in the deal through out the whole lease option period, from what I understand.I would like to stay in the deal but I’m not quite sure how that procedure is done.So for now, I would just like to get in then out of the deal.

I suggest focusing on counties near you.Attend as many auctions in person as you can.When you want to branch out into other states, learn the tax sale procedures first for that state.
