With that said I would definitely encourage you to attend any local real estate investment clubs as well.

Are there any good STR management platforms (Guesty/Hospitable type software) that manage bookings on the major STR sites AND on Hipcamp and/or other camping/RV site platforms? 

I believe the owners plan to rebuild it though.It's very encouraging to hear that you started with land at such a young age, and have come so far from that point.

That being said, I would personally encourage a cash out refi, because you are going to probably get a little bit better of a rate and more importantly, because then you have the cash.
