Hey OliviaThere are numerous loan programs out there that do not require income verification and if you're looking for cash out on free and clear properties, you'll be able to find it. 

For those numerous titles with complications, such as inheritance issues, missing heirs, multiple entity transfers, separation of title rights, partial lien releases, etc., it’s much more complicated.I have been involved in many transactions in which lawyers differed as to what was needed to obtain clear title.

Of course, the downside is that you'll be living in the war zone in the meantime.If you can manage to look to the south in Plymouth County, you'll find prices are FAR more reasonable.
