Hi Sandy,For a few notes I think that a note management platform like Notedashboard is overkill and adds expense to your bottom line when they start charging you a monthly subscription fee.

I have not had any problems to date.I will say that this type of structure does cause a lot of extra paperwork when buying out of the country, but thats a different topic.The bottom line is this, people are greedy and sue happy.

In the Rural district, for example, a duplex requires 4 acres if it is on the sewer system, 5 acres with a septic.Even after accounting for lot size, you need to account for things like set-backs, frontage, etc.So I guess the bottom line is that yes, what you were told may well be correct.

Normally we would only engage our in-house network and sell our properties that way, however it's time to embrace the future and social media to reach a bigger audience. ( I also have a few years of experience consulting Fortune 500 companies on new-media strategies, meaning I do have a bias towards social media as I've seen it transform the way marketeers reach their audience and have direct effect on the bottom line).
