The question I have right now is, what should I do with the landscaping? 

Now he is looking for about 350k and just from research ive been doing from comparables it seems like a decent price but it will need MAJOR renovations starting from paving the entire park, landscaping,tree removal, and some of the homes are in very poor condition that we will need to basically just get rid of.

You will also have to take into account that you may have an electric bill  regardless just due to the fact that you will need to provide for some security lighting.

(Its ironic that designers love stand alone mirrors to visually expand the space and reflect light, yet its considered dated to have a huge mirror like that in the bathroom).From what I see, the thing today's bathroom mirrors have are frames surrounding the mirror.

I will mention business opportunities lightly to my family and friends once I have a long positive track record, but will not accept funds from them until.  

I paid off 20k in student loans last year, so my goal is to save another 20k this year for a down payment/closing/light renovation/ect.

Everyone in the bp community lets light our selves on fire, and make it happen this summer.

@Mindy Jensen I was asking the inspector for a full inspection on a 2500sq foot house that had no sinks, light fixtures, hot water heaters, multiple holes in the walls ect.

Unless there is minimal landscaping, the water bill sounds low to me.  

I wonder if a light grey would work well.
