Yes, it is possible to pull multiple IRAs into single deal. 

I'm an Investor in Brooklyn, NY.I'm thinking that I would like to work as a Sales Agent towards a Broker's License eventually.After thinking about it, there might be some issues in regards to personally buying a property.Let's take a particular scenario.I am the Agent for a Broker that represents a Seller.There are multiple Bids.I fully believe the property can be more valuable than the Highest Bid.Because I have access to those Bids, when a call for Best and Final comes, and I see those bids, is this problematic or at worst, illegal?

I'm also curious if anyone with experience in multiple markets has any suggestions as to whether another market might be best for my situation and trying to start off with the smallest possible out of pocket investment?

My hope would be that between multiple trips to the island, maybe relocating a parent there, and my friend in the area it would be manageable. 

I've talked to an individual I work with now, who has obtained several business licenses and has made the comment multiple times that I should pursue obtaining a license as well.
