It's definitely easy to let the noise scare you as these are big investments (at least for me haha).

This issue will likely scare off many buyers that don't want to mess with it.

So in the space between the purchase of the house, new paint, and getting “scared” that the sheets I bought wouldn’t be the “right” ones, I read as much as I could here.  

That Brigham Health, a dominant hospital system, saw the opportunity to partner with the South Shore Hospital system in Quincy, is a testament to the shifting preference for delivering quality and convenient care locally.

That will scare off good prospects .

That might scare off the idea of having a higher percentage in the deal depending on how you present it.
