Nope.But when I get to the point that my time is so valuable that I would rather pay someone else $300 per hour, I will surely hire out things like property management and easy repairs.I think that day is a long way off for me though.You should note that property management further will not include services for "basically maintaining a livable home" like mowing grass, shoveling snow, and keeping the landscaping reasonable.

For example high grass/weeds probably would not be a material defect.In the sales contract used by realtors in my state, it makes the seller responsible for giving the buyer any notices the seller has received about the property such as special assessments, violations, etc.

Simple verbage solves all issues.With new fed regulations and respa laws simo's are (from my experience) are absolutely prohibited, cannot use someone elses money to fund your end, your end must be funded first Except if the title company has it in writing from your buyer that it's OK to use their money to fund your end.
