I'm looking for some solid recommendations on project managers (not property managers) in Indianapolis.

I live in san diego ca and plan to move to chicago to buy a triplex and make brrrr in the future.

How would I structure a deal like this assuming the owners are accepting of replacing their former tenants with future owners of the property?

I have completed 3 brrrrs and have many years of construction knowledge. my main reservation is not having the end buyer when I'm finished with the project. if all of these numbers where true would you be comfortable flipping a house in a town with that small of a population. also, what research can I do to ensure there will be a buyer for my product.

That number projected needs to happen within 3 to 5 years.
