Thanks,MichaelKeep in mind that your ability to contribute to the Solo 401k is a function of your self-employment income (i.e. you can't contribute more to the Solo 401k than you earn from your self-employment activity).

Instead of having your name on the contract, you have the LLC name and you sign as a member/manager/agent or whatever function you have in the LLC.
