Tell them to keep it in a safe place as this could be worth a potentially hassle free sale in the future - "if they ever consider" you will be the first person they remember to contact and your in.Keep beating the streets man and move to the next. :)Billy

A lose neutral in the panel or at the device could cause a problem and shorten the life of the equipment.

In Massachusetts, where I am, there's a court ruling that says that landlords must keep "all means of egress at all times in a safe, operable condition."

Plus the whole site is updated and works on mobile devices.

But just to be safe, I did just move the Keurig to a new series of outlets to see if the problem persists or moves.I also ordered a new GFCI outlet (the Leviton Pro one that Loren mentioned above since I couldn't find them in stock locally), so I am going to try and replace that next. 

But, I think 1.6 starts to look safe :)

If you're getting 3 calls per day or more on average over 10 days you can safely assume that there will be sufficient demand to rent the place in a timely manner.I used to get really worried when population was stagnant or slightly down, but have found several cases, especially with affordable housing, where in a down market you still have very healthy demand.Good luck.
