Way too many buyers fighting over very few deals along with large institutional investors and institutional wholesalers are making it even tighter.

A Wrap is where the owner is taking back a note for the sale amount which is greater than what they owe and has an interest rate determined between the buyer & seller.

Plus it will be much less $$$, and will save you from feeling buyer's remorse.
