Man if you could make Missoula  or Kalispell work I would do that in a heart beat..Remember cash flow is not everything and I know I am in the vast minority on BP in this thought process. 

The Glue traps means, I have to go back and pick em' up, Uhhhhmmm no thanks, plus it would break my heart, best to just deter them and have them stay away from my properties.

Thinking behind option two:  I know this to be a very popular method; however, for me the cost is significantly higher as I would prefer a duplex that is close to the heart of the city (north of or right in the middle of ATL). 

It is, however, possible that another bank could easily put an ATM there as it's located at a major intersection in the heart of the city. 

I own a few acres of land in the heart of the city center or Chubbuck Idaho.
