Needs new flooring - has bad carpet/tile/sub flooring.

Purchase price was 305k with an additional 15k for renovations which included new flooring, kitchen, and a bathroom.

But have since reduced it to $1250/month which is about what it had been renting for over the past year prior to me renovating it with all new flooring and a few cosmetic upgrades. 

The lower taxed on has concrete flooring throughout the property.

Added a bath, made it open floor plan, completely new kitchen (cabinets, floors, appliances, island, recessed lighting and pendant light, electrical) , refinished floors, remodeled master bath, light landscaping.

Pertaining to asbestos, the advice I get over and over again is that you do not remove it rather than just cover it up with other flooring or siding so it is not to disrupt the particles.

It is horizontal, so the contents will spill out onto the basement floor.2.  

When I lived in the property, I updated the kitchen with nice appliances, ceramic tile flooring and also renovated the flooring in the master bath as well as update a spare bath.I know the property will need a new roof within the next few years and I am sure there are other items that will be coming up at some point such as the water heater again and possibly the HVAC again.The downside to this property is that this area of our city took a pretty significant hit in 2013-2015 with city assessments and the property assessment went from $213,100 (2013) to $164,300 (2014).
