Long story short I did not have any props in my portfolio my client wanted but they did so here we go 27 months later and over 2,050 transaction I'am tired.

These can be short sales, probates, tired landlords or any kind of deals that you find & lock up.

I've seen investors drive out to their properties that are over an hour away, and end up getting tired of it before they even finish their project.
