The eviction company I am using is closed on the weekend, hence I cannot consult with them till Monday morning.

I live in central Wyoming and at least 2 of us would be interested, it would be helpful if it was on a weekend but I realize that might not be possible.

Figuring work all week during the day on job sites and party and vacation and visit my plethora of family members at night and on weekends.

Seems crazy to pay more for a triplex than I pay for 3 single family homes but that's what the prices are here. the inventories are drying up here. i was the first one to look at a house over the weekend and the agent called me 1 hr later to tell me there are 9 other offers.it's crazy. everything under 100k has an accepted offer in our market.

I agree the tenant pool is a smaller and after going though some visits over the weekend with my contractors it looks like there is some foundation issues that needs to be taken care of so the repair costs is trending more like $30-33K.

I plan to put the email out to the list we've built up from the last 2 events this weekend.

Looked at a lot of inner city SFR’s as I said no smoking deals yet, so tonight and this weekend going to meet with agents/developers looking at building on a lots and/or developing some land.Been using ciy-data.com which seems pretty accurate, shows median “house or condo values” , income, population, etc……It shows “median gross rents” but that can be from SFR’s.

Jon Klaus I'd love to since I have investment properties out there in Austin but that is the SAME weekend I have to attend a wedding in Chicago :( I wish they would change the date but it doesn't look like they will.
