If they have a recent divorce, student loans or medical bills it can give them a bad credit score that does not give the true picture.

I get some long term leases with great tenants in the nicer areas, in many cases I see professional students who have families (law, medical, dental, etc.) and want to be in the better school districts.  

Because there are so many hospitals and medical students in the Akron and Cleveland areas, there is strong demand for rentals near hospitals.

Most judges are signing default judgements again, evictions again, writ of evictions etc....most bailiffs are performing evictions but the process is much slower then it was. 

I have also noticed a lot of successful investors invest near medical center and rent out strictly to medical staff that travel in the area.
