Integrated skip tracing perhaps the holely grail was intentionally brain damaged!!!   

The term for finding people is called "Skip Tracing".

@Caroline Ortego You may inadvertently become a super-star if you are really an effective skip tracer.Of course, finding the target us only part of the battle.When I actively worked deceased owner pre-trustee sales, I hired PI's to find my targets and then I'd contact by mailing FedEx proposal and follow up on the phone.

You have to press Edit which takes you to the first page which is pretty much static information that you then need to skip to the next screen.

In fact I would prefer to skip SFH investing all together unless it is something with three to four units.

If I do not get a call from that house in 2 weeks I skip trace the number and cold call is the current plan.Would I be better off just cold calling immediately and not waiting for them to call me?

We make a ton of cold calls and are looking to outsource our skip tracing.

We currently use Propstream to stack and pull lists, then BatchLeads to skip trace the list.

@Paul Choi great points, although deals are becoming few a farther between with cap rates becoming compressed being with a great organization who has a great reputation for syndication who focus on relationships will not skip a beat during this pandemic time.
