Hey @Tyler Mutch learn has much as possible about the 5 skills needed to be a Pro at Real Estate Investing.

I think the biggest 2 things are competent and organized. 

That could be a great chance to learn some new skills if you can bring others with more experience and money on board.

My nephew (Denver, CO) just did his first turnkey deal in Quad Cities, Iowa with the Jason Hartman properties organization.

My experience is primarily on the finance side so if anyone is looking to leverage that skill set let me know.

In order for us to invest, we have to have skill.

The reasons for investing in RE IMO are that it is a less efficient asset class and as such if you are a skilled investor, it is much easier to create "alpha" from investing in RE as it is investing in stocks.

Yea, Boomtown has been a great CRM as a Broker with seriously detailed task organization, drip campaigns, organizing clients per motivation/category and it syncs with all the MLS's ...but, I also need squeeze pages and to add my own listings, (off market stuff).

After connecting with a few investors who seem to be where you want to be consider asking them for coffee and once there letting them know that you're eager to get involved in REI and would love to help them out (answering phones, cleaning office, some skill you have) in exchange for guidance through parts of the strategy that you're unclear on.

My natural skills are attention to detail, math, analytics and problem solving.
