Direct mail can get pricey on a large scale. 

I imagine after a few years of this, unless you scale quickly, you’ll realize it’s not very profitable.

There is a lot that goes into it just because there are so many human variables and I think it will be very beneficial for me to learn them now on smaller deals before I really scale up to the next level.Details on my money partner is as follows.

@Paul LaGrandeur it really depends on what scale you're looking at.

Depending on the scale you are looking at I tend to discourage the larger firms as they will eat up most of your profits. 

A car rental fleet will typically easily out cash flow RE but if you are not interested in scaling that does not matter much.

I would like to set up in-person meetings on August 9 and August 12 with folks who are interested in working with large-scale investors.

I have a similar mindset with a different asset class due to scale, job, and kids.

I literally bought my property to live free and save to buy another one but now it’s becoming more than i anticipated and I see an opportunity to scale but I’d love some advice what these agreement should look like.

I want to scale rapidly though so any time spent building unnecessary skills or systems to manage my investing is a real concern.
