I have never used it myself, but I have meat one of the manager's at a real estate meetup in York, and he said they are investor friendly, and I understood they do assignments.

Since it is a mixture, they are not able to drain it, so I have to get a hold of another company to give me an estimate.Thats no big deal oil and water will separate , you pump off the bottom using a clear hose as the discharge hose , once you see red you are into the good oil .

How will you know you are landing a deal, unless you can review the deal yourself, make sure it has enough meat on the bone for the investor you sell it to, as well as enough meat on the bone for you to make money.
