If you're just throwing lowball numbers out there all the time with no rationale behind them (i.e. run the numbers), you're probably not going to find a realtor who takes you very seriously as an investor.That said, before making any offer, I would spend some time trying to find out more about the seller, their motivations for letting the property go, why the last deal fell through, and if they're even open to offers.
