On our rehabs the most time intensive stuff is the rehab (we are licensed contractors and do everything in house), if you already have a contracting company that will do it soup to nuts, then why not?

if permits were pulled and final inspections were not done by building dept then no CO was given which renders it an illegal remodel and if and when they do find out, you will need to cut the remodel and have licensed contractors inspect the work along with the building dept

Something I've found is that Denver is a much harder place to get started from as investing standpoint so I've been curious if people have had success investing outside of Colorado and in the Milwaukee area (where I moved from) or the Indianapolis area (where I grew up and the rest of my family lives).I'm 27 and currently work in Sales as a manufacturer's rep on the plumbing side for new construction commercial projects throughout all of Colorado and Southern Wyoming.
