If they are still being used does any one have an idea of the pay range for standard drive by BPO's and interior BPO's?

My attorney(estate planning attorney) suggested two options.1. 

For example, a buyer putting 20% down on a $500k home would pay around $500k in interest over the life of a typical mortgage at the current ~6.5% rate.

Can I pay the management company I set up a mgmt fee?

I think the only logical thing to do is to plan on them going higher or staying flat, and allow yourself to be pleasantly surprised if they come down. 

We currently are paying out 1k+/month for insurance. 

But if you were planning to house hack for a long time there then I’d think it would be a better option then renting.Things id be aware of house hacking anywhere near Boston:-Make sure you pick a town with a decent renting pool-Appreciation will be your best friend, not cash flow-Be prepared to spend on renovations always happy to share my experiences or resources if you want to connect! 

I am thinking long term in planning what is best for my specific situation. 

She would be $50k ahead just paying the 15% capital gains tax.
