The more share-able your content, the more leg up Google give to that site/page.

TIA  If you read the contracts that home inspectors have you sign there are all sorts of hold harmless clauses in there so I don't think you've got a legal leg to stand on.

Do you really want to sit there experiment with KPIs, having 15 different phone numbers to track which mailers, the yellow, pink blue orange, which doodle, the star or doodle of a man, performed better? 

ERAP calls for the landlord to file as well and if you have not received any paperwork from ERAP chances are your tenant was pulling your leg.
