When it comes to targeting specific renters, a pool will be favorable in terms of attraction but will not always have a great ROI as others have mentioned.

What I suspect is there are other contingencies in the contract that the seller is waiting out before they proceed to paying for this so they dont pay for it and then you back out of the contract.

Funny thing is that both Brad Doran and Alan Kirkham mentioned to me over the phone how they both knew that our CPA had a reputation for being disliked and having problems with multiple clients, but yet that CPA was still working with WealthAbility and was still being paired with clients!
